of interviews and nervousness

alhamdulillah, it went on fine.

i was a bit late, had to find my way around, but got there fine. it was kind of informal (i think), coz at first i was only attended by one HR staff. em. her name? serene. then halfway thru, another came in.

mula2 cuak la. but serene started by asking casually about my experience, as in the roles that i play in assignments, activites or programmes. my interests, bla bla bla. well, it's just the basic stuff that ppl will ask masa mula2 kenal, just that for this, it's a bit more detailed.

then comes the part where she asks what are you most confident about yourself, what part of you are you proud of, what contributions can you make to the firm, etc. pastu the reasons why i chose to practice audit, and why did i not enter a normal university, bla bla bla. those were the tougher questions.

hem. well. on second thought, i don't think i'd answer them here. sorry to those who's expecting.

then diorang ade mention about sacrificing leisure time, working late hours, n whether my parents would mind (since i'm a bit young and staying with parents). dun mind at all, but i just hope that i do not have to sacrifice my time for studying, coz i need to keep up with my records of passing papers on first attempt. and insyaAllah i will not forego my time for Allah, and that i'd keep my solat well. insyaAllah. insyaAllah.

overall i think i did well. just that if i join them, it's only for internship, coz i dun have any qualification other than my CAT, which is very very very basic. so thus, i cant expect much from the $$$. well, the reason i'm joining them now pun sbb i want to gain experience. ada an opening and recommendation, so why not just give it a shot.

ohoho. ade something yg terlupa. i forgot to ask her about study lifts, coz i would really need them for my exams in dec. but hopefully that wouldnt be a problem, coz i heard that they do give generous study lifts for staff studying part time. hopefully. huhu

anyways, i hope serene gets back to me with good news. insyaAllah.

p/s: to those who's going for interviews in the future, a great tip is to just be yourself. you'll find things easy and laid back, and not having to perah otak in answering stuff.
