today i am physically tired. and it's only 5pm.
i went jogging this morning. we were early, but it was already so full. ada pertandingan memancing it seems. and so instead of my usual rounds, i tried a different routine. i wanted to try out my arm strength, and my, i was not at all suprised by the outcome.
lembik gile kot tangan! pathetic. the first ten attempts tu laju je. but by the time the 3rd tens came, i was super slow. ended up doing 5s. gee. i turned around. the guy just right behind me buat laju gile. i was like, huh, ni tak boleh jadi ni. but of course, i could do nothing. haha. wanna know why i was not suprised? because the other day main squash, everything was proven. serious. the 2nd hit tu mmg the ball wont come back. nyaha. then went riding pulak. pergh. cantered after berbulan bulan bulan tak canter. the sitting trot was so the very stiff.

arrived at home at 2, and lip lar lar, here i am back home again from a wedding + a few other places.
